CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: Check-in is after 3:00pm. Rooms required before 3:00pm on the day of arrival on confirmed basis must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied.
Check-out: Check-out is by noon. Use of rooms after 6:00pm will be charged at a full night room rate. Late check-out is subject to availability.

ANA Crowne Plaza hotel is located next to the center of Kobe-city and next to the Shinkansen station, so access is easiest through public transportation.
Here are some recommended routes to the venue from the major airports in the Kansai region.
Coming from Kansai Intl. Airport
Located in Osaka bay, the Kansai International Airport is the largest international airport in western Japan. To get to the venue from KIX, we recommend you take the shuttle bus (Airport Limousine Bus) to Kobe (Sannomiya). The vending machines for this bus are located just outside of the arrival lobby. You can find the timetable here.
If you are feeling adventurous, there is a ferry service across Osaka bay that will take you from Kansai Intl. Airport to Kobe Airport. Alternatively, you can also take the train (JR lines) towards Osaka, and change station at either Namba or Osaka station towards Kobe (stop at Sannomiya station).
From Osaka Intl. Airport (Itami Airport)
Itami Airport is a regional airport with many domestic routes. The easiest option coming from Itami airport is to take the shuttle bus (Airport Limousine Bus) to Kobe Sannomiya. You can also take the Monorail to Hotarugaike station (1 stop), switch to the Hankyu line towards Osaka, then change train at Juso station to get to Kobe-Sannomiya station.
From Kobe Airport
From Kobe Airport, simply take the Port Liner from Kobe Airport to Sannomiya.
Once in Sannomiya, take the Seishins-Yamate metro line from Sannomiya towards Shin-Kobe/Tanigami, and get off at Shin-Kobe (1 stop). The hotel is just above the station.
If you are coming from other airports in Japan (Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, Chubu International Airport), you will most likely ride the bullet train (Shinkansen) to Shin-Kobe station. Once in Shin-Kobe station, the hotel is a short walk away. A foot bridge will take you directly to the hotel lobby.
