November 10–12, 2021 | Hybrid Event (in Ulm & Online)
Dear Prospective Sponsor,
The IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference will be held in the lovely town of Ulm, Germany between 10-12 November 2021.
The event is the number one venue for vehicular networking and is typically attended by approximately 100 to 150 engineers, scientists, educators, and attendees from other organizations sharing ideas, concepts, strategies, and applications about automotive networking. Vehicular networking has a stable and highly active community where researchers work in tight cooperation with industry on making the vision of vehicular networking a reality. The conference is the 13th edition of VNC which was organized in locations in Europe, America and Asia before. It is traditionally endorsed by both IEEE Communication and ITS Societies.
While a record-breaking number of attendees gave a lot of highly positive feedback on last year’s purely online conference, we aim this year to provide a hybrid conference where the participation experience is of highest possible quality, no matter whether you attend on-site or online. For this, we will provide an on-line world experience based on gather.town and link this with the on-site attendees as much as possible. As every year, the conference will select presentations that will provide insights into developments, trends or solutions about all aspects of connected and automated vehicles.
As sponsor, you would be provided with various options to participate in VNC online and on-site and present your company. See the prospectus for more details on exhibit and sponsorship opportunities. If you are interested, please contact Onur Altintas and Frank Kargl for additional information. The patron opportunities are available in the sponsor prospectus.
Industry participation is important for the success and relevance of our conference. We look forward to welcoming you at the IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference.
