IEEE VNC 2010 is the Second IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and the
IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS). IEEE VNC brings together these generally distinct communities to discuss recent developments and challenges in vehicular networking technologies and their applications as well as to benefiting from each others' vast experience in their respective fields.
